Probably one of the best gelato spots I’ve ever had. The mango was something I’ve never experienced before. It tasted so much like mango, I began to question the taste of the actual fruit… the art work on the wall is very cute, there are lots of seats, it seems to be very busy always but the service does not degrade! Second choice is the strachiatella!

10/10 definitely try this spot if you guys get a chance

Un petit glacier très discret, mais où les glaces sont étonnantes. La mienne était aux chocolat et aux piments, un vrai délice.
Les autres glaces sont aussi très bonnes.
De plus, l'équipe est jeune, dynamique et sympathique.
Une très belle découverte d'Ottawa !

Hands down the best gelato in the city. The ladies working here are so kind and welcoming and quick to offer samples to unsure customers. Will recommend this place to anyone!

Wonderful atmosphere, the gelato was amazing and the only thing surpassing it was the outstanding young lady letting us try all sorts of flavors with a smile! Highly recommend!!!

Good gelato but not the best I have had. Too watery. Many flavors to choose from.

I’d come back to Ottawa for this spot alone. I love, love, love local ice cream shops who make their own ice cream. Piccolo Grande knows their stuff and I was so delighted to have come across this spot. Pistachio, Bacio, and cookies and cream all received high praise from my family. We loved being able to sit dow, cool down, and debrief on our day while enjoying our gelato. Worth a visit (or two) and definitely worth taking a minute to appreciated skill that is required to make gelato this good.
As a side note, the staff were all incredible. Offered opinions on flavors when asked, let us try samples, and were genuinely kind and helpful. We bumped into one of the staff members hours later in Byward market. She remembered us (?), and she was eating gelato on the go. That’s how you know it’s good.
