Absolutely love this place! The pizza is always fresh, and flavourful, and loaded with toppings, and the salad bar is packed with crisp and fresh ingredients. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is welcoming, and it’s the perfect spot for a quick bite or a family night out. Highly recommend

So I usually order here and get the best salads! Packed with every ingredient I put! I love it but lets be for real, I ordered a Small bite Margherita and this is what the worker making it thought was acceptable? Wow. I think whoever is the boss really needs to check up on this person. If I could post a video I would. The Margherita was so soggy and uncooked but the side was burnt? Make it make sense 😂 maybe I could get a coupon for this disaster? Lol 😂 I'm a long time customer 😌 but I will never be getting a Margherita again.
My Reply to the email but love to share on here : Hello, I did a review about the Margherita pizza and it's ridiculous that you guys say that the pizza looks good??? Theres no cheese. Just sauce. I have bought a Margherita before there, it doesn't fall apart and wiggle raw dough in the middle. It also doesn't have a ripped hole in the middle thats extremely questionable. I showed a few people and they were disgusted. There was 1 leaf of Basil stuck at the bottom of the box, not even on top of the pizza. Saying you guys would have loved a review sooner is a slap in the face. Since the reply back was awful, I wont be ordering from you guys again and next take full responsibility for when a cook there doesn't do their job. I even got a refund back from skip the dishes because they said it looked awful and they are so sorry. At least they apologized for the actions of your company. I didn't take one bite as it was raw dough, threw it in the trash. This long time customer will not be giving you business and I will be warning people about this since you guys think this is perfect pizza. Thats a problem. The pizza is as disappointing as your response.

They have got to have one of the best gluten-free pizzas I’ve ever tasted!!! I couldn’t believe my taste buds 🤤 The gentleman making my pizza was super generous with the toppings and you could tell he put a lot of love into making the pies. Absolutely delicious and worth every bite!

I placed a pickup order well in advance, and when I arrived—over 40 minutes after placing it—I was told it would take another 10–15 minutes. The person working didn’t even bother to apologize. When I expressed my frustration, saying I wouldn’t have ordered if I knew it would take more than 1 hour for a pizza, he simply replied that he doesn’t know how to cancel orders. Seriously?
Why would you staff only one person on a holiday Monday and continue accepting orders you clearly can’t fulfill on time? This was a complete waste of time. Maybe focus on properly training your staff and managing order volume better. What a disappointing experience.

Waited over an hour for a pickup order—absolutely unacceptable. The one guy working there didn’t even acknowledge me, let alone apologize. He acted like it was my problem for expecting my food to be ready at the time I scheduled. I had places to be and ended up standing around for a pizza for more than an hour.
If you can’t staff your restaurant properly, maybe don’t take orders—or close the place altogether. What a frustrating and unprofessional experience.

I really didn’t want to leave a bad review—this used to be one of my favourite pizza spots when it first opened. But after today, I won’t be coming back.
I ordered online, and the website told me it would be ready in 30 minutes. I showed up right on time, only to wait another 20 minutes standing around while the staff barely acknowledged me. No apology, no update—just completely inattentive. I almost always have to wait past the quoted time when ordering online, but this time was by far the worst. Honestly, it would’ve been faster and better to walk in and order from scratch.
To make it worse, the pizza quality has gone way downhill. What used to be well-topped and carefully made now feels rushed and careless. Toppings were sparse and uneven, and the crust was so thin that everything slid off the slice the second I picked it up.
This place had so much potential, but it’s clearly lost its attention to quality and service. Disappointing.
