As someone who has gone around Ottawa trying to find good, gluten free pizza, oddly enough Pi Co is the best I've found so far. I have no complaints with the crust and I always enjoy the pizzas I get.Note: I don't choose one of their pizza choices and always make my own. I'm also not celiac, just gluten intolerant so I don't have the same worries if there may be some cross-contamination that others have to worry about.

Loved the food! The pizza was perfect, we got the Margherita and Danforth Pi. We also got the tomato caprese salad and grilled Mediterranean chicken. The only reason the food didn’t get 5 stars is because the bread for the sandwich was dry.

The atmosphere is great. The pizza oven is impressive, cooks well and pretty fast. The dough is fresh, tender and has sufficient crisp for a Neapolitan style pizza. Maybe a wee bit more salt. One ladle of sauce is not enough for the pie, it’s lacking sauce or is inconsistent with whomever makes the pizza. For that pie, 6 ounces of sauce should be fine.. If the dough has large empty spots, you’re cutting corners with the sauce. Toppings are good and the theme is great. I would have giving 4 stars if the pie had more sauce.

Love the concept of these types of restaurants! The pizza tasted great and there was a very large selection for the toppings. It was super fast to be finished in the oven and had a crispy crust. Unfortunately the only downside is the middle of the pizza crust was so thin that it basically fell apart trying to eat it.
