I recently visited the store with a friend. Upon entering, the staff greeted us warmly and were exceptionally polite. They assisted us in selecting a delicious pizza, and we were thoroughly impressed by the taste and quality. The pizzas were absolutely delightful.

I was accidently given the wrong order last night when I picked up, but they sure made it right! After a very pleasant phonecall, they delivered(!) two hot and fresh pizzas plus a coupon for another free one. AMAZING SERVICE, thank you!

The delivery driver they sent out was very unprofessional and disrespectful when he came to drop off my food. He threatened to cancel my order and also was very disrespectful and rude over the phone. I spoke to a manager from the store about this issue who was no help at all and was just trying to justify the drivers actions. The manager also tried to belittle my issue and tell me it isnât a big deal when EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE is apart of a delivery drivers duties. I wouldnât recommend anyone to order from this location because if you run into a problem like I did it will not get resolved at all. I will never order from this location again neither will they ever get any of my money again.
