I picked up my pizza from this store at montreal rd and found out it was totally burnt when i reached home. Then I had to drive back to this place. The staff agreed to their mistake and offered to make a new one, but they could not explain that while putting the pizza from oven to the box, what made them think they could serve a burnt pizza. I had to wait again while I was already short on time and suffered the inconvenience.

It was my wedding anniversary today, and I swung by Pizza Hut to grab dinner for my family. The staff there were super friendly and absolutely on point — they even slipped me a cute little note saying “Happy Anniversary,” which honestly made my day. The vibe was great, the service was top-notch, and that new Garlic Parmesan Stuffed Crust was next level. Big shout-out to the team for making the whole experience feel extra special!

Honestly the best service , not sure if it was the manager who served us with our take out order, he was very sweet and helpful. His customer service was top tier and the pizza was delicious.

I ordered my food on the Pizza Hut website at around 10:10pm and gave them a call at around 11:50pm. I initially was prompted to press 3 to inquire about my order and was put on hold for 10min. When I had re-called this locations number I pressed 5 to to connect to someone in store. I had pressed 5 about 4 times before someone answered. The worker had told me that they don’t take Pizza Hut website orders and only take uber/doordash orders past 10pm. The worker also said that he couldn’t find my order in their system even though I got charged for the order and have email confirmation the order went through. Complete waste of time and a clear oversight to not let customers know you can order on their website for delivery past 10. I also forgot to mention about 15min after I made the order on the tracker it had been moved to delivered. Very disappointing service and seems quite shady. Avoid this Pizza Hut.

Had an amazing experience at Pizza Hut! The pizza was super fresh, perfectly cheesy, and served hot. The crust had that perfect crunch while still being soft inside. I ordered at 12:30 and was told my pizza would be delivered by 1:05. Pizza did not ever get delivered and now its too late to do anything about it because everything is based off of their online and automated garbage that doesn't give any resolution
