My son and I dined at this property earlier in the evening. It has moved its location and is now across the street from The Beer Store.The food tasted great and the customer service was top notch - conversational, helpful and service with a smile. Can’t beat it!
Parking: There is parking on the residential street adjacent to the building. There is also parking in the nearby medical centre parking lot after it closes, though there are some spots dedicated to Pizza Hut customers even during the medical centre’s hours of operation.

The pepperoni pizza was surprisingly good! Haven't had pizza hut in ages so it was a very enjoyable and welcome experience. The pepperoni itself was crisp and had a bit of spice to it.

My pizza was cold when delivered, I was not happy with the new pizza on the menu, salad had more hearts then salad and what was salad was slimy, drink was incorrect, called spoke to the manager he said he was busy he call back 24 hrs im still waiting im far from happy with the service and quality of food.

Pizza is alright, usually undercooked. Biggest issue is their delivery - don't rely on the app tracker, they deliver it when they feel like it! Makes it hard to enjoy your meal when you're talking to a customer service agent to cancel your order because your 11:30 order hasn't yet arrived and it's past noon.

Extremely rude manager! I was calling on behalf of my school to see if they have any offers for pizza day, and as i was speaking i made a mistake in the date, and he hung up on me! I tried calling again but he refused to pick up. I called from another number just to see why he was being so rude, and he yelled at me and told me that they had no offers. I called another branch and their manager was so nice, and he gave me an offer. So not only was this manager extremely rude and hostile, he also lied to me. This is the worst customer service I've ever received...

Tell the guy answering your phones to learn some customer service! Maybe actually try bringing customers in instead of upselling toward another company and then just hanging up the phone on me!! You know who you are!
Best Pizza in Ottawa.The only location that makes their own Marinara sauce.I am from the US and have never seen a location use prepackaged Heinz which the other 2 locations in Ottawa do. Unfortunately even though this location is closer to my house I am not in their delivery zone so we now make the drive instead of being disappointed from one of the other locations.Prepackaged Heinz is disgusting and no Pizza Hut should be allowed to use it. That's just lazy and will lose my business.Kudos to this location for always having friendly welcoming staff, and killing it with their pizza cooking!

Food is consistently good. Would have rated 4 stars however the delivery driver for the resto did not do contactless delivery, rather waited until I answered the door and am handed me the food. Seems like a little complaint, but given Covid 19 protocols the delivery drivers should be complying.

We regularly order from the Ottawa Bank St Pizza Hut and have been noticing the last couple times problems. Our previous order was 15 to 20 minutes late and arrived COLD, and today's order the pizzas I thought I ordered, plus wings, only the wings arrived. Going forward, I'll pick up future orders as I now don't trust deliveries.
