FYI handcrafted crust is neither light nor airy as advertised. It’s thin and chewy. I have not had Pizza Hut in over 15 years (it used to be a sit down restaurant with a buffet, that’s how old I am lol). Not the quality I remember. Maybe I should have chosen pan crust option advertised as famous thick crust?

They are bad with the time management with no sense of understanding how important is to complete an order on-time. Just, accept as many as order possible.
This is the second time that I order on the phone and my order is completely ignored/delayed.
First time, I said it happened and forget it. Today, second time, I put an order on the phone and emphasized I will be there in 20 minutes to pick it up since I have guests. I arrived in 30 minutes (even 10 minutes late). They even had not prepared my order.
They asked what was in you order and when I explained. They said it will be ready in additional 20 minutes. So, 20+30 = 50 minutes for one order on Tuesday (not weekend It is not how you run this type of business.
If they had told me one phone, I would not have put the order. I could find another solution for my guests.
Very disappointed. I do not recommend at all.
