We ordered 6 pizzas for one of our gatherings, but something went wrong; I called the store and talked to the manager; he handled it professionally and efficiently; he was apologetic and understanding; I will definitely go back because mistake can always happen

A smaller location located in between your business’ in Manotick, this Pizza Hut does provide good customer service and good quality pizza’s and sides.Parking is limited but free.Paired with the deals online or in-store I would recommend this to friends and family if you don’t want spend a lot on pizza family night.

The pizza hut website doesn't work properly. The system changes my address and phone number. Has happened a few times now. Management needs to learn how to handle customer issues!Order was placed at 630pm. At 830pm I had to place an order from another pizza store. Didn't have dinner till 915pm! Ruin my evening! To top it off, the manager tells me I have to invest fmmore time, drive to the store in order to get my refund.Also the food comes uncooked half the time! The dough is mushy, uncooked. When you call the store, nobody answers during rush hour!Will not order from here again!

After getting home and realizing that our pizza was wrong we called them and they brought us a new pizza. There was a misunderstanding but they were friendly and polite when dealing with. The food was good especially the garlic cheese pull parts.

I ordered online for delivery which was estimated to be about 1.5 hours later. When the pizza didn't arrive in that time, I spent the next 20 minutes calling the location to get an update, but no one was picking up. Since I was ordering pizza for a party and had no idea when this was coming, I decided to order from another pizza place (which arrived on time). Since no one from Pizza Hut was answering my calls, I ended up having to leave my party to drive to the Pizza Hut to personally tell them to cancel my order. They told me they were about to put my pizza in the oven - over two hours after I placed the order. I had also assumed no one was answering my calls because they were busy but there were no customers at the store and there were two workers standing at the cash, so I'm not sure why my calls were never answered despite trying for nearly 20 minutes. Horrible experience overall, but I will say the worker I spoke to was very kind and apologetic about the situation.

When this shop first opened, the pizzas were the best. The last few we ordered (tonight being one) they have been a little undercooked and not as hot and noticeably fewer toppings.Starting to think we may need to explore the options.
