I had a very disappointing experience at this Pizza Hut's location. Despite ordering my usual dishes, the food was nothing like what I'm accustomed to from other branches, and it made me sick for days with stomach problems. The service was also poor, and my attempts to contact customer service were fruitless. I don’t recommend getting anything from this location.

Thanks Derek the 1 + 3 pizza special and the 2 thin crust were over cooked and dry, tasted like cardboard. The 2 regular crust were slightly better.

I moved in this area 3 months and I've always loved pizza hut so I decided to try this location on St.Laurent Blvd and I'm glad I did , I placed an order for my box deal for me and a friend and it was amazing food was tasty ? cooked very the crust had a nice crispy crunchy and the cheese was melted perfectly toppings tasted fresh my my friend and I have no complaints pizza hut has never disappointed out of every location I ate from they where really fast didn't have to wait to long for delivery which was amazing the app also works really wellI placed it for delivery and the delivery man was friendly and very pleasantWill be ordering again

They absolutely burnt the pizza and claimed this was extra cheese this pizza is hard as a rock and barely edible not worth a dime.
Bought Pizza yesterday and it was amazing !! Whoever was working last night you are a chef and should get a raise. That's how good it was.Warm, fluffy and crispy ?

TUESDAY DEC 27,2022! 6:50 pmThis place has REALLY gone downhill in the past year or so!VERY undercooked, pizza (after asking for well done), well done, and they can’t seem to cut it properly!Tonight I witnessed one of the female employees cough into her hands, and then continue to prepare food, absolutely unacceptable and disgusting!This Indian lady seemed more concerned with her Bluetooth phone call into her ear, rather than serving customers properly… management should speak to her and observe her actions, she is the one wearing the Bluetooth in her earThey don’t greet you, and they just look at you in the eyes when you arrive until you say something.coughing and then preparing other peoples foods with your dirty hands is an acceptable and may call the health board regarding this one, place was also very messy.you have lost my business and won’t be going back to this or any other locations due to poor customer service!Get your stuff together guys! Don’t forget who pays your salaries, the customers!Head office will be contacted.Mike.

Hello, just a word of advise .we ordered the Mediterranean con pollo and it arrived in the aluminum tray it was cooked it but there is not a top on it. It was placed in a pizza box so it was covered but for sanitary purposes it should have a cover on it . Please make this change for everyone’s safety and health .
