Love the wings. But this is the 2nd time that I paid online it takes the money then says order didn't go through. Then you gotta wait 3 days for it back. They should have a pay cash option as not everyone wants to use their cards especially when it's happened 2 times in the past 2 weeks now.

They smell like pee because they don't provide washrooms for customers or (according to person at counter) staff . This is technically illegal in Ontario but somehow they are getting away with it.

I ordered a large chicken rustico (chicken, onions, tomatoes w pesto) it had 3 pieces of chicken on the whole pizza, no tomatoes and barely any onions even. I ordered a supreme lovers too as always. Im a regular pizza hut customer and this is probably the worst pizza hut pizza I've ever had.

Came to pick up my order and watched an employee “ wash” his hands without soap. Horrible customer service, very rude. The food is good enough but like it’s a Pizza Hut so not like that’s any compliment to the workers.
This location is takeout only, not even a bench for waiting for your food. Got a couple pizza to share for work and they all were burnt on top, when I called to complain/get a refund I was hung up on.Don’t waste your time or money at their location. It’s not worth it.

The turban boy know how to deal with a costumer, he is very kind and the rest of the staff is also very helpful, the pizza they made was super delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant for pizza. Most importantly, they ensure hygienic food to costumers.
