We just ordered medium size pizza for delivery. As per ETA, it will be delivered at 12:46pm but we did not get the delivery until 1:10pm. I had called twice to follow up. It happened twice already. I thought their excuse from before was valid. And now they just proved it that they are not diligent to their service.

Called to place a pick up order for a “My Box” order. The My box came with marinara sauce, I asked the rep if she could give me garlic dip instead of marinara and she said it was against store policy to switch the dips. She would not under any circumstance give me a different dip instead of Mariana. Decided to cancel my order entirely.

We used to order domino and pizza pizza until we tried pizza hut. Now we only order from here. Love the dough and toppings. My kids ask me to order at least once a week now. The web and app have so many amazing deals, often half price. Love this place. Friendly staff too.Kid-friendliness: Kids love their pizza !!!

3rd time ordering and this place is a joke. They gave me a small pizza and charged me for a medium. They cut the small pizza in 6 slices to make it look like a medium. The slices turned out so small they were as long as my little finger (you can see in the picture). It looked small so I went back and asked if that’s the proper size and she said yes then Talked to her co worker in another language and laughed.A massive waste of money(17.50$). For a cold pizza that was a the wrong size. And the employees didn’t have the curtesy to admit their mistake and remake the pizzaParking: No parking. On a busy road that’s hard to turn into.

pizza was alright. my partner and I got wings and ate about half before realizing they were pretty pink inside. woke up the next morning sick, woke up the morning after that even sicker. thanks for the salmonella, pizza hut. should give me a refund or pay for our medicine.

ordered 2 pizza, when I got home and took bite, it was too dry and barely any pizza sauce on it. whatever was on there felt like watered-down mess. called store, they pretended like they couldn't hear me, put me on hold for 10min and hung up. called second time, pretend like I was speaking foreign language, left me on hold past closing time and hung up.please train your employees. no wonder Pizza Hut is losing to Domino's horrible crust.

Got a large stuffed crust both times.Excellent pizza, way better than the pizza hut I remember from childhood.Sam provided excellent customer service and even remembered me from the one and onlyOther time I’ve been there. Excellent Pizza Hut, will eat again!
