The employees at this location are rude and know nothing about customer service. They provided unsatisfactory food to a client and when asked for a refund, as the food was unacceptable upon receipt the employee refused and was completely rude, to the point of making a child cry. This is not how you treat clients. As a witness to this I can tell you I won’t ever come again and will advice others not to either.
The pizza is mediocre and the owner is a turd.

Pizza Lovers is a local gem serving fresh, made-to-order pizzas. Their dough is unmatched, and toppings take center stage. The BBQ chicken pizza is a standout, with a perfect balance of heat. Decent prices and a welcoming atmosphere make it a must-visit. The garlic sauce is a highlight. Sam makes great pizza and the walk in special is highly recommended. Portion size is huge and flavors are spot on, making it a 10/10 experience at this Ottawa favorite.
