My daughter and I stopped by yesterday to buy pizza for lunch. When we entered, there was only one staff member present and us. He saw us but ignored us until I approached him, greeted him, and placed an order after my daughter chose her pizza. His response was dismissive—he picked up the pizza, tossed it into the oven to warm, pointed at the payment machine, and walked away. After I paid, he didn’t bother to provide a receipt. When the pizza was ready, he simply placed it on a paper plate without saying a word.
The pizza itself was quite good, but the service was shockingly poor. As the frontline staff, he showed no courtesy or customer service orientation. With that kind of attitude, I would rather choose another brand or location. Definitely not coming back.

The staff working the night of Sept 12-13 was spectacular. I didn’t get to catch their name, but it was two gentleman that handled customers very well and had excellent conflict resolution skills.
