Pizza Pizza may not be very different from other big pizza brands, but for me, it holds a special place. It was the first pizza I ever ordered in Ottawa, all the way back when I arrived 25 years ago. I still remember that moment — the warm, freshly baked slice, the simple flavour, and the feeling of something new and comforting at the same time.
Even though I have many other pizza options now, I still find myself coming back here for that memory. Next time I’ll add some photos too.

We normally order from this Pizza Pizza location and have great service, but we recently ordered and were asked by our delivery person to meet them out front of our building because it would be easier for them to deliver to us this way. At this point, we didn't feel comfortable saying no, so we met them out in the lobby. Not sure what the point of delivery is if you have to leave your apartment. Won't be ordering from here again.

Made an online order, received completely wrong one, didn't have to look on the spot. Very upsetting. Repeated three times the order... Was supposed to be vegterian with chicken and black olives... Chicken was ordered specifically for kosher purposes...please hire someone who speaks English for your customer service. Would want to get a refund for this ridiculousness!!

We went to this place for the first time today at 3:30 PM on November 23. The individual who was present was very rude, seemingly due to the store's busyness and his frustration with working there. He appeared worn out by the customers, treating nearly everyone with a very poor attitude and making threats about what actions could be taken.

Visited this Pizza Pizza location at 3:30PM on November 23, 2025, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The employee working at that time had zero professionalism, zero customer service, and absolutely no interest in helping customers. The attitude was rude, careless, and honestly unacceptable for any food place.
The order wasn’t handled properly, no courtesy, no basic manners — overall 0/10 experience. Definitely not coming back to this location.

Placed an Order - got an confirmation email - Status Stuck on “received your Order” - After 50 minutes got the Information on the tracker: “Order cancelled - sorry are unable to deliver” - no reason mentioned. Inaceptable!
The customer service at this location is Terrible. One of the employees is so arrogant and has terrible attitude towards customers. I've been a customer at this location for over two years and and it's still terrible.
