Ordered a thin crust large pizza. Opened the box and the crust was super thick, the pizza itself was super thin, the pizza was destroyed, everything has ran off the pizza. Disappointing and definitely my last time ordering from this location (Somerset).

Ram is the man! I came in late night hungry and needing a rush on a slice and ram made it happen. While I waited I watched him single handedly serve 5 other orders with precision timing.. he is the man! This place is always on time.

This has been my go-to spot for vegan gf pizza for years. Kids enjoy the treat and happy they got rid of the gf pizza crust since the cauliflower crust (which incidentally is also gf) is much softer and more palatable. Fast and quick pick up. Have tried other locations but I find they burn the crust which make it harden.So happy the renovated and reopened after the accident that destroyed the store a while back.
The stuffed crust pizza is awesome out does pizza hut any day and cheaper then pizza hut if you didn't like pizza pizza before just try the stuffed

DO NOT EAT HERE - THEY HAVE A ROACH INFESTATION.I went in today to grab a slice and while I was sitting at the counter I saw a bug crawling on my pop can. Upon closer inspection I realized it was a baby roach. Immediately alarmed I went and showed the roach to one of the staff who apologized and explained how due to renovations the cockroaches have moved to the front of the restaurant!! The staff offered me a replacement soda but I declined and got out of there as quickly as I could. Make sure if you do go inside the restaurant that you check your clothes and so you do not bring it home.PLEASE for your health and safety do not eat here. It is so disappointing that they know they are dealing with this infestation and still serving customers.

This place has cockroaches!!!!I have been a regular customer to this Pizza Pizza for quite some time, and noticed that they closed down for renovations. Upon returning today, I noticed a cockroach crawling up my sister's drink. When shown to the person working, he stated that they had them in the kitchen but after renovations they have been going everywhere up in the front where customers are eating. I will not be returning.

This summer was extremely humid and hot in Ottawa Ontario. The day I went in to grab a slice of pizza for lunch was no exception. It was impossible to dine inside this Pizza Pizza location. While waiting in line, the heat from the ovens caused sweat to drip down my face and other parts as there was no a/c, fan, or air circulation. Whoever served me was rude when I asked if the door could be kept open and requested napkins as none were provided or available. Understandably, given his working conditions but customer should not feel as if their presence is a bother to them. As outside was no better for eating hot pizza, I took my order to go in a jiffy to find solace at home next to my a/c! Cheap pizza, you get what you paid for better go elsewhere, especially if you want to dine-in during the summer!
