My friends and I often order from you for delivery, but we will no longer be ordering from you. I always have to come down from my apartment to pick up the order, even though I’ve paid for delivery fees and always tip your delivery drivers. I paid for delivery to have the order brought to my door, and the app clearly states the buzzer number and apartment number. If there are instructions on my order, you are supposed to follow them. However, there’s this one driver guy named Salah who always comes up with ridiculous excuses, like his vehicle is out of battery or something, to make me come down from the 16th floor every time. This will be the last time I order from you.
