I stopped by this location and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered a small pizza because the slices in the display case looked extremely dry. While waiting, I noticed the cook touching other items and even texting on his phone without washing his hands. Phones carry a lot of germs, so I politely asked him to wash his hands before continuing.
Instead of simply doing it, he became confrontational and started arguing with me. A basic request for proper hygiene turned into an unnecessary back-and-forth. He eventually washed his hands, but the attitude was completely unprofessional.
This kind of behaviour — especially from an older staff member who should know better — is unacceptable in food service. Definitely not the kind of experience you expect when you’re paying for a meal. I won’t be returning to this location.
The quality of the food is excellent and the staff is very polite.
