You can't go to pizza pizza and expect it to be out standing. It's OK at best. Kind of place you go when hungry and need to eat for cheap.

This last experience was the last straw, I ordered two large pizzas. Ate some then put them into my fridge still in the box to enjoy later on. A few hours later, I went to eat a slice only to find some green stick thingy had been baked into the pizza.
I reached out to pizza pizza customer service via their online form right away. I got contacted asking to send a photo of the item to which I did.(Same photo attached to this review) When they got back to me they gave me some BS about being sorry however only offered a credit of $13.72.
A complete refund should have been offered, considering this could have been a choking hazard. You baked a foreign object into the pizza, which could have had a whole bunch of health related issues.
If you order from here, be very careful. I wouldn't and won't be ever again. Pizza pizza has lost my business. I'm posting this review and photos as a warning to other consumers. Please don't trust this place and go elsewhere.

The manager and workers were very nice and helpful with my order. Also, they made sure I got everything I wanted to my satisfaction. Saved me a couple of bucks too with the walk-in special.
There was definitely a worker in the kitchen using the dough. He had very long hair and a long beard, with neither covered. This is a clear violation of cleanliness standards, and I am surprised there are no checks in this location.
