Everything used to be fine before, but this time the experience was very different. The staff spoke to me in a very cold manner. The cashier spoke English, but very quietly and with a strong accent, so I couldn’t understand a word. I ordered two combo meals, and they gave me a slightly warmed-up pizza that felt like it was at least a couple of days old. It was only lightly reheated — many parts were still cold. They also forgot to give me the onion rings that were part of the combo. When I asked for them, they eventually gave them to me, but they tasted awful — completely soaked in oil.

I am regular to the place , never ordering the pizza from this place again. To begin with the order was placed wrong, which I caught and then repeated to the order taker on what was missed. When I checked the pizza it had still missed the ingredient. The attendant said I can put it on top . When I tasted the pizza the red onions were raw, and the pizza was little on the raw side . Very bad experience

Have been a Pizza Pizza customer for years. BUT NOW… Unacceptable service. Ordered pizza and it was never delivered. Called their 800 number and was told they tried to contact us upon delivery… but that never happened. It would be one thing to own up to poor service, but to lie and say they tried to deliver it… we were never contacted… my years of loyalty are now done! Do yourself a favour and DO NOT ORDER from pizza pizza!

The cashier (older asian lady) rudely reached across the counter to press enter (and several other buttons) on the customer facing debit machine on my behalf-?? For me to approve the debit transaction. I didnt get to select my account or tip options myself. I'm not sure why she would do this, and she went so fast I couldn't see everything she was pressing with the options on the screen. It was very strange, and no reason for her to do that, unless I were very senior and asked for help (which I did NOT). And there was also no rush.. there was no one behind me in line, no phone ringing off the hook - and she was certainly in no rush to come to the front counter with 3 of us standing in line at first when I walked in, we had to wait for her to make her leisurely appearance from the back of the store. So other than adding a tip or a review or something for herself? I am not sure why she would command the machine backwards facing across the counter like that? If there's any discrepancy of the bill the manager will be hearing about it. Another thing is that she did not provide me the actual bill, only the debit slip.

The pizza sauce is not normal ... Taste like tomato paste and very dark .. Paid for hot honey sauce as the base , requested extra sauce , it was dry as a 3 day old open bag of pita bread 🤦 At least the cashier was nice 😅

You can't go to pizza pizza and expect it to be out standing. It's OK at best. Kind of place you go when hungry and need to eat for cheap.

This last experience was the last straw, I ordered two large pizzas. Ate some then put them into my fridge still in the box to enjoy later on. A few hours later, I went to eat a slice only to find some green stick thingy had been baked into the pizza.
I reached out to pizza pizza customer service via their online form right away. I got contacted asking to send a photo of the item to which I did.(Same photo attached to this review) When they got back to me they gave me some BS about being sorry however only offered a credit of $13.72.
A complete refund should have been offered, considering this could have been a choking hazard. You baked a foreign object into the pizza, which could have had a whole bunch of health related issues.
If you order from here, be very careful. I wouldn't and won't be ever again. Pizza pizza has lost my business. I'm posting this review and photos as a warning to other consumers. Please don't trust this place and go elsewhere.
