The store closes at 2:00 am and we were waiting for 10 mins at 10:00 pm calling for service and they were straight up ignoring us. Never going there again.

I placed an order at Pizza Pizza for 1:38 am and it showed me that the order was ready on the app but when I went to the Pizza Pizza store they closed and left. This is very bad,They didn't even call me and give me an invitation.This is the second time this has happened to me. It's really the worst.😔😔😔😔

I just left the place after watching a driver flossing his teeth over the food they were preparing. When I spoke to them they said it's ok it's just the driver,then when speaking with a second employee they just denied seeing him do it. I've been a customer here for years, not anymore don't eat here. Go to Gabriel's across the street they take pride in their business.

COUNT YOUR CHICKEN WINGS BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE RESTAURANT!
I ordered 10 chicken wings along with a medium pizza. I got home to find out there was 9 wings in the box.

Other than that, the service was alright. It's just that the cook should know the difference between 9 & 10!

Really depends who is working when it comes to everything if the food is hot. Enough, if the food is burnt, can I get in with my wheelchair or is the door switch?Ed still locked. Are you met with a smile?Are you being ignored. Later in the day, do not get their slices, they're disgusting. First thing in the day they still might be cold or burnt. I haven't found a consistent time of day. We're the pizzas, not overcuit or undercooked, and I can get in through the door not my favorite place to go, but they do have slices, it's what it comes down to. I eat here out of this necessity. Wish I had a 2nd choice for slices. It's inexpensive served cheaply.

I’m writing this review to share a very upsetting experience I had at a Pizza Pizza location near my house around 11:30 PM. I went in to place an order, and a young lady who appeared to be from India took my order. I politely asked her, after placing my order, to please not touch any pork products in my food due to religious and personal reasons.

Instead of simply respecting my request, she responded rudely and said something along the lines of:
ā€œThis isn’t a country where we don’t touch pork,ā€ and that the owner said they don’t have to respect that.

I was shocked and deeply offended. It’s not about religion only—it’s about basic respect. I didn’t ask for anything extreme. I just asked that pork not be handled with my food. My wife is Muslim, and we have personal and religious reasons for avoiding pork. It’s our right to make such a request in a respectful way.

What upset me the most was the disrespectful tone and the laughter I received afterward. It felt like my beliefs were mocked. This is Canada—a diverse and inclusive country where people from all backgrounds, cultures, and religions should feel respected and safe.

I have never left a review like this before, but this situation crossed the line. I also called Pizza Pizza’s customer service immediately and filed a complaint. They took my report seriously and created a case.

I’m asking the owner or manager of this location to please call me directly. This issue is not about a single order—it’s about making sure employees understand that they must respect customers from all backgrounds. If someone working in your store shows this kind of attitude, they should not be in customer service.

I usually order from this location because it’s close to my House,, and I know some of the staff there. Many of them work hard and are respectful—but behavior like this ruins the experience and damages the trust customers place in your business.

This kind of disrespect—especially related to religion—is unacceptable.
