Had worst experience ever at this store. They miss toppings in the pizza and doesn’t accept their mistake when complained. On the following orders they have started opening our pizza box and tried to proof they have added everything as we had asked for, this quite embarrassing and rude. Will never order from pizza pizza here after. The service is terrible.

I recently visited pizza pizza store located at 1717 bank st and had a disappointing experience. When I requested that the employees wear gloves while preparing pizzas—especially given the concern of cross-contamination between vegetarian and non-vegetarian items—I was met with rudeness. One employee argued that germs are killed by the heat from the oven, which seemed inappropriate and dismissive.
To make matters worse, when I asked for a refund before any pizza preparation had started, my request was flatly refused. Overall, the lack of hygiene practices and poor customer service were very concerning. For evidence I have attached some photos.
