Went in today for a coffee and muffin and it was just ok. The coffee here is always good, so that’s solid. The rest is hit or miss. Sometimes the staff are warm and friendly, but today they were cold and a bit passive aggressive. No thank you, no smile. When I asked if a decaf americano on the counter was mine, I was told in a passive aggressive way that if it didn’t look like mine, it wasn’t mine. Not the best way to start when you’re about to sit down and enjoy something...
Okay, I’m honestly just shocked. I’ve been here before and ordered coffee, and their small size was never this small. I’m not sure if it’s just the matcha that comes in this tiny cup, but the portion is seriously surprising. Maybe it’s on me for not asking about the sizes beforehand, but for $5.80, I definitely expected a standard small, like the one you get at most coffee shops. The taste is okay but matcha feels kinda diluted, but this serving size is really disappointing....
