We hosted a small (25 people) work event here and it was perfect. The venue is awesome, the service was excellent. Parking is easy. You bring in your own food, which helped us with allergies and costs. Would highly recommend.

My coworkers and I hosted our company Holiday party here this year and it was a great experience! The atmosphere was exactly what we'd hoped, beautiful decor (I was so glad we didn't have to bring our own decorations!), thoughtful design and layout and the service was phenomenal. We brought our own food so I'm not reviewing their food, but the drinks were outstanding, the staff were friendly and the games were great! I wish we'd had more people there because we definitely didn't fill the whole space or make the best use of all the games but we still had a great time. Will be looking to book the 2024 holiday party here again next year!Parking: Easy to find, plenty of available parking for our event. Not far to carry stuff inside!

I would have recommended it if they still had the dine-in option. we raved to people about the dining and game experience and were planning to travel back anytime we were in Ottawa. If this was still an option I would rate 5/5.

They will only be open to pre-booked private events.Unfortunately they close to the public as of Feb 6/23 due to lack of business/inconsistent business. The escape room and archery side will remain open and may expand.I enjoyed the food and service when I visited, and the prices were great.

I usually never leave bad reviews but I believe I need to warn others before booking a reservation at this place. I booked a reservation with this place well in advance for my boyfriend’s birthday as I had a big group for the celebrations. I got an email as well confirming the reservation. In the days leading up to it, I called them several times a day trying to confirm my reservation to make sure everything is okay but they never picked up my phone calls or called me back. On the day of the reservation when we all get there, they informed me that they cancelled my reservation as they are booked for a big group. It was the most embarrassing thing to have happened in front of our friends on my boyfriend’s special day. The least they could have done is answered my calls and inform me of the cancellation. I will never recommend this place to anyone who wants to book for an important event and doesn’t want to be blindsided.

Really fun place to go and let out some steam.They give you a blue tooth speaker to blast your own music and a variety of weapons to choose from (crowbar, tire iron, bat, bowling pin, frying pan).I highly recommend paying the little extra and getting the sledge hammer.

Skip this place if you want a fun night with friends. Reserved a table and escape room for a friends birthday and thought it would be a great place to hangout with 30-somethings that wasn’t a bar downtown. It was horrible. The waitress forgot to send half our tables order to the kitchen so half our table ate while the other half had to wait 15 minutes. When the food arrived, it had been put through a panini press to speed up heating it to get it out of the kitchen. The waitress offered us a free game of choice as an apology - she set up cornhole for us and when we got up from the table to play, another group was using our set up so we were unable to play. When we returned after our escape room, the wait staff seemed annoyed at us being there at 9pm on a Saturday with few other patrons. Multiple times weren’t served at the bar when friends went for drinks. We had to set up beer pong, cornhole, and shuffle board by ourselves because the staff wouldn’t help. They also lost half our beer pong set so we couldn’t play a full game. The wait staff and bar tenders seemed annoyed we were there. Overall the experience was awful and from reading the other reviews, seems pretty typical these days. A shame this place seems to have gone so downhill.

Came into the restaurant for lunch with my Dad.The server told us that there could be a very long wait for the food because they are short-staffed.Dad and I decided to leave. We were quite hungry and ate elsewhere instead.The staff member was friendly and honest though, we appreciated that.The whole environment there looked and felt very fun! They have lots of awesome games and activities you can try out (af a cost).

I heard about this place on Facebook so we thought we'd give it a try after our hockey game. Three of us came in and it looked like it was busy enough and happening so we went to the bar to order a beer and they said it was last call and then they asked if we were part of the party and we said no and one of the employees leaned over to the bartender and called us "Crashers". This was at 10:30 p.m. there was absolutely no indication of a party whether it was private or not. Not good behaviour on that employee's part. That being said we will not go back again ever.

Atmosphere was fun and playful. Shuffleboard was available to play. The service was terrible and unorganized. Mistakes on orders and missed drinks multiple times. Food was alright but nothing noteworthy. If not for the convenience of the escape room and archery tag next door would never return.
