We placed an order online at 4:59pm. Knowing that it's typically slow, I arrived at 5:20pm to pick up. I stood at mobile pickup spot for 5mins before someone spoke to me (because I waved someone down).
I was then told it'd be another 7mins because they forgot to drop my tenders. At 5:38pm I was called to pick up my order.
