Disorganized and slow. Took them 36 minutes to make a chicken sandwich and it wasn't even busy. There was only one other customer in the restaurant.

Arrived at 22h08 and the clerk was not happy and the staff where all cleaning.. I understand this place closes at 23h00 but at the time I arrive I should be serve politely..
