All I got just dry breaded pieces of bones and rib cage . Superdry some overcooked or some undercooked . Couldn’t even chew them . Horrible .

Standard Popeyes but the service was extremely slow, I have alot of empathy for fast food workers and retail workers, but I honestly believe I could have went behind the counter to pack the chicken myself as I waited for 25 minutes.

Hung out at the counter for a good 5 min. There was no one else there. The guy working at the counter just... Didn't acknowledge me or the fact that I was there? I don't know it was weird. I left after 5 min. Maybe it was busy. Their food isn't normally good enough to justify standing there waiting to give your order.

Worst location ever! Save your money and go to College Square.On the screen they had a 3 piece of chicken for 8$, the employee said that he didn't have the button on the register for that deal. So, they refused to sell us the meal as advertised on the screen. We asked to speak with a Manager but they said there was no Manager. We asked for the manager's name and contact and they refused to provide us with this information. Not to mention that the cashier was extremely rude saying "its not my fault" we told him its nothing personal we just want to buy the food for the price advertised. Absolutely terrible!
Gotta be among the best for family take out meals. Kids like, adults like and there are never leftovers. Highly recommend.

Just order almost 100 $ worth of food and they got the order completely wrong even after asking us 3 times to repeat it again because she was not paying attention The female at the register tonight was absolutely miserable rude and unapproachable . Everyone there had attitude .I've gone here twice only and both times the order have been wrong, people are rude n miserable.I won't he spending my hard earned over taxed money at this place ever again.And the audacity to ask for tips is laughable.

Well this was the fastest I've ever been served at a popeyes but the owner was busy interrupting while I was ordering, couldn't wait to check Supplies until I was done putting my drinks in a tray...a tray ibhad to get myself...and all but pushed me out of the way to get wipes out to clean a smudged window 30 feet away in an empty restaurant. Apparently, waiting 30s for the customer was too much to ask. Then the woman brought the food out couldn't be bothered to hand it to me, answer, or even look at me, the customer she was serving. So, as seems to be the norm for ottawa popeyes restraints the service was garbage and the atmosphere was non existent
