Ordered 4 thighs individually, no combo or deal and asked not to get smaller bony ones, I think thats reasonable paying full price on individual items. At home opened and they purposely gave me smaller ones and not even the example (bigger) one they showed me. The kid had to eat all 4 when before 2 were enough. Now have to get more and it wont be from this location.

I wish I could give a higher score, but I’m just being honest.

My husband, a friend, and I arrived just before the rush. We placed our order, and about two minutes later a large group of kids came in, and Uber Eats orders started coming in one after another. I even said I was glad we arrived before the rush.

After waiting about 10 minutes with no food, I went to the counter to ask about our order. The employee asked if I would prefer white meat instead of dark meat. I said no — I ordered dark meat and wanted dark meat. He then told me it would take another 15 minutes. I was already upset and asked why the cashier didn’t mention this when we ordered. She said she didn’t know.

Meanwhile, people kept coming in and Uber Eats orders were being prepared and sent out very quickly. Those customers were leaving without any problem. After 35 minutes, we were still waiting. My husband and I went back to the counter, very frustrated, and were told, “I’m preparing it now.”

By the time we finally sat down to eat, the restaurant was almost empty. Most of the food was good, except for the mac and cheese. I couldn’t eat it — it smelled off. I thought maybe it was just me, so my husband tasted it, and it was clearly sour.and also after all that time they told me that I had to wait again for my Apple pies , unbelievable

Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location. However, I want to mention that the Popeyes in Orléans has excellent food and great service.

am a delivery guy i get a dislike by an indian women because i defend my right to know the exact time.
she tell me 3 min and after 10 min she tell me to wait more.

last night we purchased some chicken wings and burgers. The burgers were great super nice though the chicken wings were coated in the a spicy sauce that we didn’t ask for resulting in the chicken wings being too spicy to even eat and wasting $20-$30 on them. it was so disappointing!

Awesome service from Bella, she was very polite since the moment we walked in, we went around the menu for a few times and she was very patient with us, she gave us suggestions from the menu as well and always with a smile, we will definitely be coming back to this Popeye. Kudos to her.

Yesterday I bought Chicken that smell bad. I put it in garbage. This location serve meat very dark cooked with blood. It looks like expired chicken. Bad experience . Will never go to this location again

I love Popeyes and usually enjoy their food. I’ve tried this location several times because it’s close to my workplace, but unfortunately I’ve had repeated issues with the chicken here. The meat often has a bad smell and sometimes appears undercooked, with visible blood, or cooked meat with blood clots. I haven’t experienced this at other Popeyes locations, which are usually very good. Because of these consistent issues, I wouldn’t recommend this location.
