The restaurant is extremely clean. This particular branch has the cleanest washroom. But what intrigues me the most is the excellent customer service, especially Aya. She is so kind and nice, with the kind of smile that always gives me an incentive to come back.
Food is fresh and staff are really friendly! Only issue is that there is almost always something missing from our order, and we don't always have the time to go back and get it resolved.
I.e., we got their 10pc half white/dark combo for $40 - they only gave us 9 pieces and 3 of them were white (I only eat white meat so we're already pretty limited).
Makes it difficult to be sure that we're going home with exactly what we ordered.
