Went there the other day and it was great. There was only one person working there at midday Wednesday, working both the cash and the drinks, so obviously it was a bit slow and it would've been nice to see her get some help. But honestly it was still fairly quick compared to some other bubble tea places I've been to recently. The drinks themselves were great. I got the brown sugar milk tea and my friend got the condensed milk iced coffee. We both enjoyed it and recommend it for anyone looking for a sweet treat on a hot day.

Amazing drinks. The workers are incredibly nice and friendly. I really enjoyed lots of the drinks that I had and they have many different snacks to snack on. The dessert are delicious but the drinks are the best. Inside of the popular tea shop is really great and when you walk in straight away good vibes. And mostly the prices of the drinks are affordable.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I was really disappointed with this bubble tea place. The drinks lacked flavor, and the quality of the cups and straws was very poor. I had read many positive reviews and expected to be impressed, but most of the menu items weren’t even available. We ordered the taro, pineapple, and condensed milk iced coffee, and all three were below average. We’ve had much better quality drinks at other places for the same price.

I've been going here for 3 years, and having been to many bubble tea places in Ottawa as well as other cities, PopulariTea stands out as being the absolute best bubble tea place in Ottawa. The staff are always very friendly, particularly Abdi and Mateo 🧋🧋🧋

Visited this boba café and had such a great time! Employees Mateo and Abdi both had such amazing attitudes and made spectacular tasting drinks! I chilled in the café for about an hour in the relaxed environment and enjoyed the funky music! 100/10 Recommend trying out their drinks and enjoying the atmosphere like I did✨👍🏾
