Had such a great experience at Poulet Rouge! The food was fresh, flavourful, and everything was seasoned perfectly. The service was also amazing, Jad was super friendly and welcoming, and you can really tell he treats his employees well. The whole team seemed happy and it made the atmosphere even nicer. Definitely recommending this location to anyone looking for good food and great service!

Absolutely outstanding service from Jad! Every time I come to Poulet Rouge, Jad goes above and beyond to make the experience perfect. He is always welcoming, professional, and patient, and he genuinely cares about the customers. He takes the time to explain the menu, gives great recommendations, and always makes sure the order is exactly right. The food is already amazing, but Jad’s customer service takes it to another level. His positive energy and work ethic truly set him apart.

tried Poulet Rouge for the first time in Montreal and was thrilled to see they’ve opened a location in Ottawa! The chicken is consistently moist and juicy, and I love the variety of flavors they offer. It’s a pretty healthy option for fast food, and it tastes great every time.

My only small wish is that UberEats allowed a notes option when ordering—I’d like to request “easy on the sauce,” since they can be a bit generous with it for my taste 😅. Other than that, Poulet Rouge is a solid choice for anyone looking for tasty, flavorful chicken on the go.

Every Poulet Rouge branch I’ve been to greets you with warmth and good energy except this one at Saint Laurent Mall. By far the worst. The customer service was awful from the cashier to the food counter. The staff were cold, visibly unhappy, and clearly didn’t want to be there.
I was served burned bulgur wheat and had to ask one of the girls to toss it out. Even worse, one of the employees, the African girl with a stone cold expression was deliberately giving the smallest portions of toppings she could get away with. I had to ask her twice just to make it fair.

Does management even know what’s going on here? Or do they just not care that their staff are this unpleasant to deal with??

The taste was very special! Healthy grilled Shisha chicken with their special yogurt sauce makes you get addicted.
If looking for healthy delicious food, this is your best option.
