They didn't have any couscous, so when I ordered the mixed base I was charged extra while being given less chicken on my Rouge bowl! At least the food is still good, and the workers tried to make my experience better.
Used to be a regular. Don't plan on coming often anymore, let alone at all. I can find better tasting food for better prices just nearby.

Excellent take out spot for lunch. Always a good portion size and they don't skimp on the chicken like other healthy lunch places.
Lines can get very long during a busy lunch rush. Before 12 and it's much quieter. Although even when busy the staff do a good job of keeping it moving.
Parking: Parking is the mall paid multi story lots. Expensive and I wouldn't pay for parking just to come here.
I had poutine with spicy mayo and sweet zaatar. This is the best in town. It is sooo addictive.

Just ordered poulet rouge at rideau center from Uber eats and although the uber service was terrible, we found hard sharp plastic bits in the food while eating it.
