Went in there yesterday, the food is addictive I must say. It was really busy but I did not have to wait at all. The staff was patient and they let me take my time. All in all it was a happy experience. Definite going again!!

Avoid at all costs. Rude or mistreated staff, hair in food, rotten produce they market as fresh, just bad all around. Manager swore at me when concerns were raised.

One thing stays consistent about Poulet Rouge and that is that no matter which you go to they have the nicest staff. Shout out to the many times I’ve wanted an extra topping on my mini bowl and they’ve read my face and offered me an extra choice. Truly the best!

I have been a huge fan of poulet rouge. i have tried all the poulet rouge in ottawa and i can say this is rhe wrost the rice is super cold its not at all warm as well as it was not cooked and the chicken was also not cooked properly it was cold too didn’t enjoy the food. although the bayshore mall one still reamains the goat and best

In terms of flavour, though, the food was quite simple. It was fresh and clean-tasting, but nothing really stood out. It’s the kind of meal that’s pleasant and wholesome, yet something I could probably recreate at home without much effort.
I decided to remove one star mainly because I found it a bit pricey for what it is. Overall, it’s a good choice for a quick, healthy bite, but not necessarily a spot I’d go out of my way for.
