Cheap beers!!!! Great service!!! Love the comedy night on Thursday, best indie venue in the city!
Got sick from the fried tofu and wouldn't suggest ordering it to anyone, truly just little bites of oil.
One of the best, most affordable, little hole in the wall spott in Ottawa. House special (which I’m convinced is just PBR) is $5.50 a pint, and the food is very reasonably priced as well. Service is great, bingo night is a blast and they always have a fun movie on in the background too.
I like coming here, if I'm ever in the area I like to pop in for a drink. The friendly staff, cozy interior, and laneway patio all add to the ambiance. Their house lager is genuinely good and very affordable. Good for small get togethers too.
Great staff, informative, friendly, and a quiet busy vibe.
Very relaxed, great prices. We will be back for sure.
Neat place! Super friendly service
Pour Boy in Somerset is awesome! The staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed. They have a great selection of drinks and tasty food. Perfect place to hang out with friends or just enjoy a quiet drink. Definitely worth a visit!
My whiskey sour tasted like Mayfair popcorn, couldn’t do more than a sip.
Appreciate the owners reply so I can elaborate:
I had no orange garnish in my drink and it seems like half of those ingredients were missed. Very simple drink to make as you said, which is why i’m even more perplexed why it tasted off. I’m unable to remove my food rating due to how the google review system works, I didn’t have food.
I understand a laidback atmosphere but the bartender that night was literally dressed as if she rolled out of bed. She was eating a poutine at the bar while making drinks, i’m assuming she got poutine residue in the glass is why my drink tasted that way. Very sour experience.
They hand you a drink and go away. Just how it should be. This is very much the definition of a hole in the wall.
Rumour has it that the owner once opened for DJ Funk.

Really cool place to have a drink with friends. They have REALLY great prices. They have fun daily events.
Best bar in Ottawa. Chris kills with Friday night bingo, it's always a great time.
Great place to party for smallish groups and good cheap food!
Great pub, lowkey. Cash or debit only*
I joined their comedy night upstairs! Great environment and hosts. Looking forward to trying their food
