Customer service was genuinely friendly and attentive, which is worth the mention.
There is a nice variety of snacks and products like instant soups that you can have heated on the spot.
We didn’t have it this time, but their mangos slush is perfect.

I often choose Presotea because the portions are great and the taste is consistent no matter where you go, but I love this location because the staff are friendlier than most bbt places. I really enjoy the vibe after a busy week. I've been a customer at least 7 times now, and they haven't messed up my order yet!

I ordered four season milk tea with boba It tastes exactly like what I had back in Taiwan so like it or not it’s at least 100% authentic. But the large size is far larger than Taiwan’s size. It’s huge!

Literally pulled a hair out of my throat, felt it come up the straw. We think the girl working had a hairnet so probably whoever made the boba. I won't be back to this location & suggest you patronize another establishment. Gross.

This is one of the few actually cool hangout spots left. How could I possibly start my day without a Sakura Hokkaido? That would be a tragedy of Shakespearean proportions, I say, SHAKESPEAREAN proportions! Keep Presotea cool; let's not let the uncool take over. Constantly messing up orders. I am not sure what the problem is with this location. They always forget to include listed ingredients. This issue never happens when I order from the Orléans location so I am aware of how the drinks should be prepared. Suggestion to the owner/staff: when preparing a drink, take 10 seconds to read what SHOULD be in the drink according to YOUR menu and then ADD those ingredients to the drink.
Update: I spoke with the owner and they will train their employees to follow the ingredients list more closely. The new employee working on Jan 5 afternoon was friendly and knowledgeable.

update: i was contacted by one of the employees and it seemed like they were able to figure out where this little piece of plastic came from. they handled everything professionally and were apologetic. i hope this doesn’t happen in future because i love this spot!
