I am not going for 1 * bcz i am not sure what happened. I asked this young woman today can i order 1 mango juice and she said if you ordering just one you have to go through machine or something and you cant order here. So it was quite unwelcoming and I decided to walk away. If this is the policy please share with me and i will happily change my 3 star to 5 or may be delete my review. Because i am unsure.

Their service can be terrible at times, I asked a question about sweetness and one of the workers was rude, and this has happened on many occasions. Very horrible service and sometimes their drinks taste like their poorly made or have been out for a long time. The outcome of the drinks is very unreliable.

One disappointing experience again, we came here at 4:45 the guys saw it and waited until 4:56 to tell us they’re closing at 5:00 and they were going to be unable to take our order. Even when I asked if were they able to take us they asked us to wait and then at 4:56 they said they’re closing in 4 min I also felt discriminated because of my skin color and because I’m gay. Thanks for such a disappointing disgusting and racist service Presotea St Laurent location!

Went today and got 2 of the Halloween special menu drinks (1 for me and 1 for a friend) and they were sooo good and super fun! I actually spilled the drink on the left shortly after taking this photo 😭 but the workers were very nice and understanding. They cleaned it up quickly and didn’t even make me pay for a replacement when I offered. The drinks themselves were delicious - I didn’t get to try the Zombie Brain drink but the Bloody Taro drink was amazing and my friend really enjoyed the other. I’ll definitely have to come back before Halloween to try it again!! Thank you!

Presotea is hands down my favorite boba spot in Ottawa! Their drinks are always so fresh and good I love that their large is actually a LARGE, I usually Uber Eats from here, but the physical store is so cute too
The worker didn't even ask me if I wanted to adjust the sweetness level of my teas or how much ice... I couldn't even understand her in French or English, won't be returning. Go to Chatime!

Tastes great but don't expect any other service. I asked for a bag for my drinks but they charge 50 cents for it. Normally I wouldn't care but I had alot of other stuff and can't carry it all, they didn't even offer any drink tray either. Every other presotea place doesn't charge so bring your own bag, or just go to the 2 other bubble tea shop in the mall, 1 is near the cinema and the other in the foodcourt next to tims.
