They didn't have most of what was on the menu. The bright side : the employees were nice.
Absolutely love this cozy little café! The coffee is fresh and full of flavor, and the sandwiches are delicious. It's the perfect spot for a relaxing break or a quick lunch in downtown Ottawa!
Good place to have food. The food is delicious and good customer service.
It was amazing! Food was great and service was even better! Accommodated my two little ones! Very clean and fast service!
There were no smoothies and no waffles when we went. Pancakes were microwaved.
The bagel BLT had brown lettuce on it. It wasn't toasted and very soggy.
The toast didn't get buttered and the eggs were broken and over cooked. Latte was terrible.
Everything was $44 and absolutely not worth it.
Edit: regarding response.
100% watched the pancakes being microwaved. The person came out from the back holding three pancakes and put them in to be heated up.
The burgers are incredibly juicy, packed with flavor, and cooked to perfection. The fries are freshly made, crispy, and absolutely delicious. The restaurant has a cozy and comfortable atmosphere, making it a great spot to enjoy a meal. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a top-notch burger and fries in Ottawa!
Had been there for my morning coffee. Turned out, they had plenty of breakfast options, ended up with some croffles for myself and a traditional breakfast for my friend. The food was great, and the coffee was great too. The most amazing experience for me was definitely created by the friendly and professional staff there. They were polite and quick to address us, even though the cafe was pretty much in a rush hour. And thanks to the manager, Jeff, who was taking care of us.
Would definitely visit again!
Very good service !!!
Good service and amazing place thank you to the barista for her hospitality !
Service was lifeless, salad was lifeless, tomatoes were tired, drink case was not stocked, sandwich was a soggy, barely toasted "panini". Given how hungry I was anything would have tasted good. Fries had an odd colour and texture, covered in burned bits from overused cooking oil. Partially redeemed by the hotel lobby.

Service was so slow. Waited 10 minutes and they still didn’t take my order. Go somewhere else.

It’s a Monday morning and there are many people here for business or conferences. And you have ONE person taking the orders AND making the coffee. And these weren’t regular coffees, these were specialty coffees. So how about you multiply the time it takes to make a cappuccino for 5 people and then you decide whether that time it takes is a reasonable amount of time for a person to wait.

I Ordered coffee and bagel this morning and it didnt taste good as i was expecting to be. The bagel was hard and burn, the coffee was not fresh a lot of coffee grinds are stucked inside the coffee pot.

This place is horrible very embarrassing since it’s the only cafe/ restaurant at Les suites hotel, food was over price and awful. Their iced coffee is nasty. Very slow service as well it looks like their staff is not properly trained. Can’t really recommend this place, go somewhere else to buy food and drink don’t waste your time coming here.

I came to the cafe at around 10. I wasn’t expecting the rush that I saw there. I ordered breakfast bagel which was really good and the coffee was lovely too. The wait was definitely worth it!!
