Depressing. empty displays, sad looking meat, and when ordering a simple chicken plate and heard the microwave beep in the back for the rice/potatoes.. i apologized, cancled order, and walked out.

It's not a good place to eat, the person who most of the time works here touch everything and touch the food and also he is rude.
That was the worst Shawarma that I have ever had, the potatoes was from yesterday, everything arrived cold, please save your money and oder somewhere else ?
This place has been going down hill for a long time now. They lost the passion. Old soggy pickels, they dont use gloves and touch the food with their hands. The place itself is not clean. I rather drive to Orleans or the shawarma near costco. My girlfriend ended up throwing the beef wrap in the garbage. She said the taste was of.

The food was was great. The washroom though was less needing a clean. The walls of the restaurant are dirty as well. I know if I would have checked out the bathroom ahead of time I wouldn’t have eaten there. That says a lot about how you keep your kitchen if your washroom is that dirty. The staff were friendly and the food was good.

Came twice within their stated business hours and were closed both times. Can’t support a business that is so unreliable.

The place seemed clean upfront, probably because there are no customers around to serve. The service was okay and the food was terrible.I was surprised when they took my rice and potatoes to the back to microwave them. When I opened it not 3 minutes later, it immediately smelled off. The rice and potatoes were still cold. Potatoes were drowned in garlic with more sauce than potato. Chicken (and everything else) was dry and not flavourful.Do yourself favour and do not come here.

Ok, ordered a Shawarma platter....really disappointed....every other Arabic cuisine offers Manna(Pita) with meals....I would almost like to suggest that not offering up bread is an insult to the importance of the customer....it seems like a flat of pita would be a bare minimum. So no bread. Now I was given an abnormally large portion of Chicken....which I ended up throwing out...because it was dry AF and the weirdest thing....I kept noticing a green iridescent color reflecting in the light on the edges of the chicken....I have noticed this before in preserved shaved Roast beef, which is high in nitrates and preservatives... but never have I seen rainbow colors in my shawarma meat...I asked for no hummus, but to give me extra toam(Garlic spread) as substitute....nope, I got about as much garlic as a single serving on potatoes for a trio...sadly disappointed as this is the closest shawarma spot to where I live, sucks that I need to go further when I want a good shawarma....Rosana shawarma on Arch in the Pleasant Park area....now there's probably the most unrecognized place for shawarma...been delicious from the first time I tried them, when they first opened about 20years ago....and I still send all those I care about there, because they have been good from day one, and still taste just like the real deal
Wheelchair accessibility: Sidewalks were all recently redone, depressions all along the concourse, so accessible to those in wheelchairs
