I worked as a caterer for this company. They threw you into jobs with zero training and expected you to figure everything out (it was not difficult to figure out but some guidance would have been appreciated). The tips we received on a job would not be redistributed to the employees but rather kept in full by the owners. The meals and service we provided was great, but as an employee, I would not recommend working here.

Surprisingly spacious basement restaurant downtown. Lunch buffets offer a take out option. Fill a styrofoam container for take out for $10. Food was plentiful and was replenished quickly. Dishes change every day and even on the same day. Lots of options to choose from. A bit limited in terms of bar selections but should be a great place for large parties.

They have a super deal this summer for take out, for 10$ (including tx) they give you a plate that you fill out as much as you want. These plates worth at least 20$ at places like Olly Fresco's and Marcello's buffet. The quality of food is not comparable.

Our school went to this "restaurant" for our graduation trip in Ottawa. The food our school was served is a complete joke when compared to scrumptious food shown in the photos. Despite the food being so generic (eg. fries, pizza), I genuinely don't know how the food could be this terrible. For starters, the inside of the chicken was pink and uncooked, while the meatballs were just as soggy as their pizza. While their fries were probably frozen, they were also overloaded with salt. Furthermore, the mac and cheese smelt like dirty socks continuously worn for a week, while tasting just as bad. The croutons in the salad were harder than the dry, cracked wall of the establishment. I could rant on and on about the food, but I think you get the point. The service was just as horrible as the food. I went to get a smaller plate because I wanted less food, and the waiter gave me a dirty look, telling me to put it back, despite the plate having food on it. Someone yelled "I hate this place!" aloud, and I really don't blame them. In conclusion, this is a horrible place to eat, with rude, underpaid staff. There are many better alternatives around the Ottawa area. For example, the next day our class went to "Le Buffet des Continents", which offers a better selection and food.
