great spot to come for a drink and good food, if you are being served by Cailin or Mal you are in luck! Those two girls provide such kind and attentive service to all of their tables. You will be very lucky to be served by them and it will definitely elevate your experience. A favourite spot to come to with friends :)

I like it here. I came for the first time over Christmas because I had heard it was decorated for the occasion. I’ve been several time since and I love it. It’s cozy and quaint and the food is good as well. The service has always been quick and attentive.

Great wings and great Pizza and the Poutine was below standard with almost no cheese and gravy! Service is good and prompt although and formal. Over all this place is managed well, the two ladies at the bar work hard and are quick.
The location is great, although it is lately busy it is a hidden gem. I brought a friend a second time I went there because I was happy the first time . This place is a great alternative to your favourite chain Pub, have it checked!

Pizza is crazy good, atmosphere unmatched and the service was great.

Don’t order fish and chips. A frozen square of deep fried disappointment, served with a few okay fries and a sloppy bag salad made possibly in the morning. 🤮 What a change from previous years!

Pubwells has really improved since its been under new management, post-pandemic. Atmosphere, service, and food are way better than what was before. The music is played at a level where you can actually hear the people you're talking with - a small detail but a nice one. The chairs are comfortable and the staff are friendly. Prices are a little high for a pint of Guinness but still worth a visit.

2025 edit: the music is far too loud for the size of space and the live acts are just awful! It was a lot better when the music was pre-recorded at not needing to be a focal point.

Went there at noon on a Thursday for lunch, stayed 45 minutes, I was parked on Spruce Street next to the restaurant, it said 3 hours parking, I had a $100 parking ticket when I came out of the restaurant.

The pizzas are good, we had 2 beers at the end of the barrel, don’t hesitate to point it out :)

I recently visited this restaurant and had a wonderful experience. The pizza was absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked. The staff were incredibly polite and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The waiting time for our meal was reasonable, and we didn’t feel rushed. My daughter loved the grilled cheese and pizza, and the triple chocolate cake was the perfect way to end the meal! Overall, it was a great dining experience, and I highly recommend this place.

Stout English pub in the heart of little Italy. Wing Wednesdays, Guinness and Juicy Ass on tap if you like stout and ipa, clean lines. Good music, lots to look at, tavern seating indoors.

Wheelchair accessibility: When I left there was a person enjoying a meal in a wheelchair near the front door, it's accessible.
