Great classic British style pub, with great taxidermy and knick knacks to boot.
Was there in that period between Christmas and Boxing Day. There was karaoke and good cheer, the perfect atmosphere.

A favourite stop of mine during my holiday visits to Ottawa. Pubwells has become a tradition for us. It feels like stepping into a cozy 90s Christmas. Nostalgic and full of great energy. The staff are amazing, they always go out of their way to accommodate walk-ins. The cherry on top this year, we caught DJ Lewis spinning records and it made the whole experience even better.

The atmosphere is chaotic in the best way. The host and servers go out of there way to make sure groups have a spot and a nice time.

I recommend the chicken club sandwich and regular fries.
