Pure Kitchen on Rideau Street is fantastic, and the best part? It's conveniently located right across from the train station! The carrot cake with vegan cream cheese frosting was perfection—moist, flavourful, and a must-try. The Fantastic Noodles were equally amazing, with a hint of citrus on the tofu, peanut sauce, and fresh veggies. The only downside was the dumplings. They were deep-fried and they didn’t quite match the quality of the other dishes but still very edible. Overall, a great spot for plant-based eating! I went back and tried the loaded sweet potatoes. I was expecting an appetizer since it was labeled as one, but it turned out to be a full meal—I couldn’t even finish it! It was absolutely delicious. I also grabbed a carrot cake to go, and it’s still the best I’ve had. This time, I tried the kombucha, but I didn’t enjoy it—it had a strong, almost alcoholic taste compared to other kombuchas I’ve tried. Maybe it was a bit old. We visited here 3 of our 5 days in Ottawa. Every meal was delicious, quickly served and fresh. Highly recommend the loaded sweet potato fries and fantastical bowl. The juices also very good and fresh. I love this place!
The restaurant was good. We had problem with one dish where the chips were either stale or not cooked properly. We informed this to the attendant and she offered to bring new one. But by that time, we had eaten other items so we were not hungry. Other than that everything was ok.
The food is super fresh and delicious, easily left some options from our dishes since they make them fresh when ordered! Our server and other staff were very friendly and made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Will repeat.
Love this place! The food is sooo fresh and the portions are large.

Food is quite good and also expensive, we got 2 smoothies, 2 appetizers, & 1 main and it was $100 before tip. We were told all the sauces are vegan (like ranch & sour cream) which is great but not indicated on the menu. Crunch wrap - it was so-so, they use a slice of vegan cheese that didn’t melt very much Cauliflower wings - amazing! Probably the best we’ve ever had Dumplings - also very good! (You only get 5 so it’s small) Side Lentil soup - quite good “Refreshed” smoothie - delicious!
It was tasty and you have a good choice of vegan options. We had a burger and a sandwich. The stuff was friendly.
Tasty food, perfect service, fair price. We came back the day after!

I wasn't aware that the pure kitchen fantastic noodles are not consistent across each pure kitchen. I was very disappointed in the crispy Tofu that I got instead of the previous version which wasn't crispy. It tasted almost sour and didn't go well with the peanut butter dressing of the fantastic noodles.
