They are at the market on Saturdays on Main Street. The bread is excellent. We are happy to see them there. However, the service is mediocre. They don't say “Hello” or “Thank you.” Basic rules of courtesy, it seems to me. It's a shame because everything else is perfect.
They genuinely have some of the best pastries you can get in Ottawa. So many places sell croissants that are basically bread rolls- you can taste the painstaking layers of lamination they do for these delicacies. I’m in love with the pistachio toque and lemon cardamom bun. Only available at farmers markets right now. I hope they are able to open a storefront someday, it would be wonderful to have them available throughout the week. (Also the 1star reviews are from dummies who...
