Made a reservation for 4 people December 14th for a birthday lunch. Asked for 2 regular and 2 vegetarian plates. One plate had a big chip on it. I asked to replace it. We were served meat sandwich instead of salmon for the vegetarian plates, was told it was only one sandwich, the server was not very apologetic and no offer to discount. The sandwiches were not fresh. Asked for birthday cake, that never came. They charged for 6 people instead of 4, again not a big apology. Not a very attentive server and not worth the money paid. Look elsewhere.
The Matcha Hot Chocolate is amazing!

Sweet shop with attentive staff and an excellent selection of macarons. Was super surprised with how many menu options they had including lunch, and mimosas!

Friendly staff. We ordered the full tea service. The small sandwiches were not the best. Bread had dried and was hard around the edges and the fillings were pretty dry. The traditional clotted cream was not served with the biscuits. And unfortunately the biscuits were also quite dry and hard around the edges.

Horrible service - server although repeating order back did not provide actual order. Could not clearly explain menu options.
Food - ok, but not worth the price. Zero utils of satisfaction for quality - price.

Desserts still frozen, macaroons and sandwich bread was stale. The cheddar bacon scone was delicious. Great service and atmosphere but the food was lacking.

I was invited to a birthday tea for some friends kids. I arrived late but the rest of the group was already seated. It seemed like there was only 3 wait staff in the place maybe and two large parties booked and some smaller tables so i dont blame the staff for the service but rather management. Apparently as soon as we arrived the hostess was informed that they needed the table at 3 for another large group. They didnt take our order until 1. It took 20 minutes to get all our tea and then another 20 to get any food and as soon as it was put in front of us the waitress reminded us of our time limit. So to say we felt rushed when we were trying to havea nice catch up and birthday party for some small kids is an understatement. It all could have been organized a little better. The food was amazing and selection was excellent. Wait staff was very friendly if not a little frazzled. I dont know its possible someone called in sick but two large parties scheduled so close together when the service was slow wasnt ideal.

Great service, great food, all dietary accommodations were easily included, unfortunately a very large party came near the end of our booking and really changed the ambience of tea. Highly recommend!
Truly an AMAZING high tea! The food was on point, the tea was so fresh and the macaroons were to die for. I'm so glad I came to this place, I will definitely be back!

Stepping into Quelque Chose for the first time for my husband's surprise belated birthday celebration, we were immediately captivated by the colourful macarons on display and the lively buzz behind the counter. Beyond, the charming seating area awaited us. The phrase from Edith Piaf's “La Vie En Rose” on the wall was perfection, and the room, adorned with framed impressionist art, elegant mirrors, and soft blue patterned wallpaper was a soothing, vintage atmosphere that felt like stepping back in time. Jazz played softly, setting the perfect mood for a morning of indulgence. Our classic Afternoon Tea for breakfast was a feast for the senses: a beautiful presentation of yummy vegetarian sandwiches for most of our group, warm scones that we couldn't stop raving about, and a display of stunning pastries. The selection of teas and macarons was endless, each flavour more tempting than the last. We savoured every bite of those delicate scones, made even more heavenly with a dollop of cream and fresh strawberry jam. Service was refreshingly lovely and timely. Our experience exceeded all our expectations. We had a delightful morning, filled with laughter, good company, and unforgettable flavours—an experience that left us all smiling long after the last sip of tea.
Excellent high tea! Thank you!

The maple one and the passion fruit and chocolate one are divine.
