First time experience at Quelque Chose. Had invited a friend for Afternoon Tea for her birthday. There was only 1 other table occupied by 4 people in the back with us, but it was so noisy at times, we had to stop our conversation or speak louder. Tablecloths, cushions or some other noise absorbing decor should be added. The food was tasty, but the scones & the sandwich bread was starting to dry out. The macarons were soft & delicious. Our server plopped the tray on the table & spoke so fast, we didn't bother asking her to repeat herself. The tea was hot but not steaming & would have benefitted from cozies to keep it hot. Although our waitress assured us to take our time, she was anxious to present the bill & finish up with us. When she started sweeping the floor near our table, we packed up & left. I was underwhelmed by Quelque Chose & had higher expectations for a cozy Tea presented with china teacups & saucers, high quality napkins, not flimsy paper, & to enjoy warm, attentive service. The overall experience did not measure up to the price, unfortunately.
Took my daughter for her birthday and we had a wonderful time. The food was delicious. Great selections of tea and sweets.
This afternoon my friend and I came to this cozy cafe for Classic Afternoon tea service. Marisol quickly seated us in a quiet corner of the cafe. She explained our choices very well and made some recommendations. I was very pleased with the variety of choice I had for high tea. The tea was delicious - so was the petite sandwiches. The clotted cream was heavenly (my favourite) with my blueberry scone. Overall, we had a relaxing delicious lunch and didn't feel rushed. I finished my meal with my personal highlight: the outrageously delicious salted caramel brownie! We were too full to have the macaroons, which we brought home to enjoy later. I highly recommend Quelque Chose. Next time, I'll plan to visit on Wednesday afternoon for bogo 50% -- what a deal!! My only regrete is I failed to take a photo of our tower of goodies - Next time!
Fantastic experience!! The staff was super attentive, made accommodations for allergies ahead of time and everything was brought out promptly 👏🏿
I would highly recommend coming here for high tea, especially if you’ve never done it before. There were enough options for everyone to have something they liked
Scones were 10/10
Note the group gratuity fee if you’re over 7 people - 20%
Scones were incredible, sweets excellent, especially macaroons, sandwiches so so. Nice sandwich fillings, but bread was getting dry so they had either been pre-made and left sitting out in fridge or were not wrapped enough to keep bread fresh. If this was tuned up tea would be top notch.
Very lovely. The ladies were attentive and polite and engaging. Tasty treats. The tea was great.
I have been visiting this gorgeous little cafe for about a month now, I haven't had a chance to share my experience until now. WOW! Service and food are all 5 Star. There signature macaroons are absolutely amazing! Delightful flavors and packaging sure to surprise and please the most discerning palate. The decor is so sweetly done, beautiful antiques and a variety of table sizes and styles tucked into the perfectly private nook or a sunlit spot in the front to watch the world go by. The dark haired young lady who has served me several times greets me by name. Highly recommend you drop by on a visit to Westboro.
Finally got in for sit in breakfast! Had the spinach, egg and cheese crape, mouthwatering!
I took my British husband to have high tea, and he said it was just as delicious as the ones we've had in Portsmouth, UK where he is from. They don't serve clotted cream as they do in England, however the crème fraîche was very nice with the scones. He was pleasantly surprised over the flavored scones. The staff and ambiance were wonderful.
Came with my family for afternoon tea. Quelque Chose has always been good with takeaway sweets so wanted to try something different. The selection of teas and the teas themselves were very good. The food items provided as part of the tea service were very tasty and appropriately portioned. The selection leaned quite heavily towards sweet options, in my opinion; I generally have a sweet tooth and I know that this is the main specialty of the bakery/restaurant, but a bit more balance would make a big difference. The service was very good and so was the overall experience.
Best I’ve tried in ages. Girlfriend bought a pack and I ended up taking most of her pack.
Each flavour of Macaron clearly has a true flavour. Something like their lavender tastes like they got the real flower to crush into their mix.
The right balance of sweet and delicate.
10/10

First time at Quelquechose. Loved the atmosphere especially the decor. The food that came with our tea was plentiful and delicious.
What an amazing experience!! Quaint restaurant, great atmosphere, awesome service!!
3.5/5 overall. We came for afternoon tea as part of a birthday celebration. Waited about 50 minutes for our tower of food to come, by that time our teapots were lukewarm. Cafe wasn't busy, only two other tables for lunch, it seemed like they didn't have enough staff to do tea service and keep up with walks ins and UberEats orders.
We were happy with the food and tea, but didn't think it was worth $48/person plus tax and tip. Thankfully they have a bogo 50% deal on Wednesdays.
Nice ambiance and food. We came for the Wednesday promotion and didn't realize it wasn't buy a classic afternoon tea and get any second one free, it is only a second classic afternoon tea. So we got stuck paying full price for a kids tea meal when we could have gotten a free full meal. Seemed a little tricky but I guess read the fine print!
We went for a family tea to celebrate a birthday/Mother's Day a couple weeks after the event. The service was very friendly, the sandwiches, macarons and scones were great, and we found the value for money to be very good. We did find it loud; it's a small space and there was a group of 16-20 there that was pretty exuberant. Once they left it was much better.
