Nice cute shop in the busy ByWard Market of Downtown Ottawa.
Nice variety of drinks, great for a morning / afternoon snack
Also, they have a good selection of Macarons and Brownies. The hostess and / or owner were polite but not very friendly. Although she asked for tip upfront before making the drinks, she didn't bring our orders to our table alrhough she knew we will dine in. So, we had to pick it up ourselves, like McDonald's.

Cute little place with nice deserts. I liked the aspect of the hot chocolate flavors being different. I went with the raspberry with a scoop of icecream, which made it like a white chocolate feel to the drink.

Only one other person waiting for order and it took several minutes to be acknowledged, let alone served. Had a coffee, was fine. Didn’t try a macaron but they did look good

INCCORECT HOURS !
The macarons were delicious, no more or no less than any other I've tried. The customer service, however, was lacking. I ordered a box of 32 macarons. The young lady at the counter said they were out of 32-count boxes but she could put them in two 15-count boxes with 2 on the side. I said sure and picked my flavors. When it came time to pay, she charged me extra for the cookies because she "had to" ring them up as two 15-count boxes plus two, instead of the (discounted) one 32-count box. So, the price is for the container and not the cookies? If I had shown up with my own container, would they have been free?

Plenty of flavours to choose from. They are very good although not as crunchy as expected. Tiramisu one is really good. Service was fairly good.
Vegetarian options: It’s macarons. There’s no meat involved.
Dietary restrictions: It’s macarons so not safe for nut allergies as it’s made with almond flour and some flavours contain Nutella and pistachios. There are some dairy free options.

Sorry those are very expensive macaron for the quality, they charge you the same price as a renowned macaron store but their quality is at the level of the macaron we found in Costco. Save your money those are not real macaron.
Delightful ByWard Market delicacy macarons and coffee shop.

Lindsay provided exceptional care and attention during my visit. The macarons are the best and it’s such a delight to have them in the city!

I do love their Macarons (and have tried at all locations)Cappuccino, Lemon Poppy, Salted Caramel, Cotton Candy, Caramel London Fog and Pistachio are our favourites. Also, I tried their soft serve Ice cream once (a few years ago) with macaron sprinkles on it and it was the best. When I come here, I always get macarons instead though.
