Only one guy working on day that the app is offering a BOGO deal but regardless my fiance and I both order a classic Barbacoa-
No refried beans and so few black beans and rice we felt kinda skimped out on.
He then proceeded to assume we would want the exact same thing on our burritos (he did the same for the person ahead of us lol) and didn't ask if we wanted queso so he had to backtrack once he moved on.
Then our kids meal for our son - he didn't ask if we wanted anything on it (sauce or toppings) so it came out dry THEN he rang us up without making the 2nd item for the combo - so he went back and made it... same thing, just plain. Then didn't give us the option for dessert or drink (we wanted our son to try churro for the first time, but he gave us a cookie instead) and just chose apple juice instead of giving us the choice between apple and orange juice.
Not keen on going back if it's going to be so slow and painful to place an order. THEN not even be able to get what he want.

I had to go to toronto but I wanted to grab something before my trip,I wanted to eat Mexican food and I saw this board of quesada. The Customer service was very good and the food was delicious. Meat was fresh and flavourful.

We ordered a large and a regular both the extra Same size very small. And not labeled so we didn’t know who’s was who’s. then we orders 1 lime jarritos and one mango BOTH where mango. Then as a side we got lays chips. Now I understand that they were out but you they could have replaced it with another thing. Best part we only got our money back for the one drink.

My favourite burrito place by far in Canada. The staff are very friendly and remember my order after only a few visits. The chipotle mayo is the best sauce by far of any burrito place's sauces and is my main reason for choosing Quesada over other options.
I come here for lunch all the time. There's alot of burrito options in Ottawa, don't waster your time with them, Quesada is the best hands down. Stuff here are fun and welcoming too, always share a smile and a laugh.

Best burrito i had in a very long time! They just do it right! Hard to find, these days, a burito place that doesnt put all ingrediant to one side, put too much of something but not enaugh of another, cold meat, etc. Plus, the service was lovely!
