I used to be pretty regular but their quality of food has decreased significantly and they dont have any respect for regulars. We ordered 3 masala dosas today and they gave 1 ice cream scoop masala per dosa(wish I had taken a picture). I asked the girl servicing there that if it’s the typical quantity of masala they give in masala dosas. To my question she said she is going to go to the kitchen and ask. She came back with additional 1 ice cream scoop masala just for 1 dosa and said sorry for less qty since they were out of masala. I said if they were out then they could have mentioned about it instead of putting so less masala in all the 3 dosas since they are taking full money for it. After that her attitude completely changed she started shouting and said that she provided me with extra masala. I continued questioning that my issue is not about extra masala , its about the fact that just cause they didnt have masala they served us less qty and I asked a very simple question to her that is 1 ice cream scoop masala per dosa a typical amount. The whole service after that included eye rolling from the two servers. One of the server came and said sorry to my father in law but they lack basic common sense where they should have said sorry to me since I was the one talking to them. To be honest I really dint care for sorry, I dont like taking sorries for small reasons from people, but it was a very insulting experience where the server literally showed her back and went away while I was trying to talk to her.
This restaurant clearly do not train their staff and I wont be ever going back to them.
