Omni has calming interior atmosphere and the seating outside is also great. There is a wide variety of food choices (There are vegan options). We had the poached egg with smoked salmon and it tasted so fresh and was beautifully cooked. The flat white was not the best - it was more watery and it didn’t have much of the espresso taste. The staff are super friendly and provided great service to our table. I typically don’t come across cafes that make truely fresh food and this one was awesome!!

Wow, what a cute little place tucked away in the Byward market. Came by with my nieces and nephews for a quick coffee but Arash sold me on the food too!! What luck! The peanut butter cookie was delicately crafted and melted in my mouth…… a great feeling :) my little buddies enjoyed the banana bread, meanwhile I couldn’t even get them to take a bite of a banana at home, thanks Omni!! Finally, for the main course I tried one of the famous bowls, or at least they should be. I’ve never felt healthier in my life and it tasted to die for! Kudos to the kitchen and thank you to my great barista, you’ve mastered the art of espresso sir…. Thanks!

Totally unimpressed. We stopped in for a coffee and a bite to eat and it took a while to be acknowledged. When we were, we were told to look at the menu and then the server continued her prep and to ignore us. We walked out after waiting ten minutes or more for service and the server said nothing. Will definitely never go back or recommend to family and friends. So disappointing.

Really wanted to like it, but not only is the environment filthy, but the dust from the ac unit above the kitchen looks like it’s blowing dust into the food.
Additionally, charged me tax during the tax relief season…. multiple times….
Service was slow but the food well worth waiting for! We had the Thai noodle bowl, and it was delicious! The spa isn't yet built, but the RAW café is up and running. It appears to be new, with nice decor and clean, modern restroom. It's very near the National Gallery and within the Byward Market -- a great location with indoor and outdoor seating.

Went there yesterday after travelling from across Canada looking for healthy option in Ottawa. The egg Benedict with smoked salmon was ok, I had a few tiny potatoes and two mouthfuls of salad only on my plate… I felt quite disappointed with the little quantity and mediocre salad. The coffee was great, I had a Mocha. I went to get another one as I had chocolate left at the bottom so I asked to make a latte on top of that chocolate. The new server that was there charged me for another Mocha even if only a latte was added. Other than that, attitude wise was very uncomfortable with me seemed annoyed. I didn’t argue as I would usually, already the prices are higher you charge me for something I didn’t get, and my plate portion was the tiniest that I ever got in the industry. Very disappointed with the overall atmosphere.
