Their opening hours are until 5 pm on Sundays. But they closed today before 5 pm and thus did not let my kids buy bubble tea. I reiterated twice that it is not yet 5 pm, but the salesperson said that they would not take any more orders.

Very tasty tea. Delicious iced tea (any kind). And the hot passionfruit lemon brew is the best for winter. Real lemon and passionfruit in the drink â very tasty, healthy, and smells amazing. The service is excellent â ââalways fast.

When i come here, my strawberry banana smoothie tastes yummy! Ive tried other of these stores in Ottawa⊠theres just a more yummy flavour here and the honey they put at the bottom is tastyyy! My favourite real fruit store in Ottawaâ€ïž My drink always tastes more blessed here. Thank you love you guys

I just saw a review where it says the store is dirty. I was in the store when this lady start harassing the workers about the chairs, yelling and kept repeating her complaint it was busy and a lot of customer waiting for drinks. I understand the chairs are kinda dirty, but they donât force u to seat on it. I just saw a family eating on the store and with the kids you canât control how messy they are so obviously they make a mess, before this lady harassing the workers. Iâm a regular customer and I always come here for work since they have outlet and most of the days the store is clean just happen that when it get busy they focus on customer. Good job to the workers and the manager who cleaned and didnât bother to argue with the customer, she even took the wrong drink so they have to make a new one for my drink. Such a shame people are very entitled.
Although they always make consistently high-quality drinks, the state of the restaurant itself is deplorable. Extremely dirty from the chairs to the benches to the floor and even around the garbage cans. A customer took the time to complain about the chairs today, and the manager came out and removed all the chairs because they were so heavily stained
Donât go there I literally got food poisoning I ordered a milk tea with pearls and after drinking it I had intense stomach pain and to find out later on it was food poisoning from the bubble tea

Iâm honestly disappointed with Real Fruit. I bought their overpriced drinks, which were way too sweet and lacked real flavor â just sugar overload. To top it off, they had the nerve to charge me for water. I had already made a purchase, and still got charged for something that should be complimentary. Terrible service, poor value, and not worth the hype.

Conveniently the machine was overheated and broken 10 minutes to closing time. In the reality they were cleaning up and ready to close the shop. There were five of us thirsty and ready to order. I guess the workers that really care about that
