Ordered a hot drink was super hot and taste was 100% artificial. Asked for a bit of ice ( the cup was burning) and they refused to give me. Never coming back to this horrible place. There is nothing real and service is the worst!

My daughter got a $25 gift card for your store for her birthday and none of the stores accept it. She spoke to the manager and was told to email customer service. She emailed customer service numerous times and no response. No one in the store offers any help/solution to rectify this. This feels like a complete SCAM to me. Avoid this place - they take your money and you get nothing in return (not even an email reply)!

Can I give zero stars? This company advertises banana smoothies made with milk, but when I took my first sip, it tasted like water. I asked the server about it, and with a smile, she told me they use milk powder and water. I pointed out that their online menu clearly says "milk," and she nonchalantly replied, “We never said it was real milk.” That’s pure false advertising! If you're going to promote something, at least be transparent about it. I definitely wouldn't pay almost $10 for a banana blended in water. Ridiculous!

Order a mango diamond slush, they are degrading their quality than before. They just mixed few pieces of mango with lots of ice and blended and served it. It was all water. Real fruit used to be good before. Very much disappointed. Hope they pay much attention to it.

I got a medium taro drink with coconut powder at 2.05pm on august 5th. An asian lady made my drink. After it was dont and pourd into my cup she reaches over and grabs a soop then takes out some of my drink and eats it. She then turns around and while sealing it she says this is a good drink.... y is ur employees taking samples out of my drink. Take it from the blender or something but not my cup then hand it to me....
My fav spot for cold drink ? only place that makes taro sherbet just like ice cream bubble tea! Totally amazing ?
