I love this place. I like that it is self serve. You order on the screen, get your numbered receipt and wait to be called. It is a good variety of drinks.

I’ve ever had — and I’ve tried a lot. Honestly, Real Fruit should be ashamed to even call this a bubble tea shop. The drinks are watered down, tasteless, and laughably overpriced. It’s like they’re banking on first-timers who don’t know better. You can literally get better quality for half the price at ANY other shop. The staff clearly couldn’t care less — rude, disinterested, and slower than molasses. It’s almost impressive how bad they are at their jobs. If I wanted to pay $10 to drink coloured sugar water with soggy tapioca, I’d make it at home blindfolded. Absolute joke of a place — you all have done an amazing job turning a bubble tea shop into a public embarrassment. Congratulations. Never again. 🚮

I wanted manho slushie with no sugar. They were rude and said they can not do no sugar, even though that's what i get in other real fruits. I would not go there especially if you like your slushies with no sugar.

Today, I accidentally chose an Avocado drink instead of a strawberry one. When I realized my mistake, I informed the girl with the flower tattoo on her neck that I wouldn’t be changing my order. I then requested that she add some sugar to the drink, but it still didn’t make a difference. She was insulting, even though I hadn’t received either my money or the drink. Please consider not hiring rude staff.

I usually love coming to Real Fruit and have always been a loyal customer, but this visit was extremely disappointing. I ordered a large cold drink with extra tapioca, but they gave me a regular amount and poured the tapioca on top instead of at the bottom like they usually do. When I inserted the straw, the drink spilled everywhere. I brought it up to the staff, but instead of helping, they rudely told me to just mix it — which wasn’t helpful at all. Their attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. Unfortunately, this experience left such a bad impression that it’ll be the last time I come.
