Went in with my family of 4 and asked if the boba pearls were fresh, was told they were. Ordered all our drink's, to our disappointed all of the pearls were not fresh, wrong consistency and we're not good. Mango was not ripe yet, my mango slush was crispy, the mango was white and not yellow or orange in color. 0 stars.

DONT BUY FROM HERE VERY RACIST STAFF AND OWNER!I have filed a police report and i contacted the real fruit head office. The lady with the green streaks and the other younger man were secretly recording my wife and our children while they were here drinking the juice. They were secretly recording and laughing at my children. When i confronted the lady with the green hair streaks she was very rude and yelling at me. When i asked for the manager they all denied that they were recording. Finally i demanded they delete the secret recorded video of my wife and children. They were all rude. I filed a police report and i contacted the head office. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY. REAL FRUIT BUBBLE TEA BANK STREET they are all sick people working there. I am returning with many from my community we will be protesting to get this sickening place closed for recording my wife and children. Sickening place!

I go in to buy a drink and both of the self serve machines aren’t working so I walked up to the cash, guy working was very rude and didn’t greet me and straight up just said we have no tapioca or mango chunks and that they are closing in 3min altho the website says they close at 9 and it was 7:40 I was gonna make a large order but decided to leave. How does a boba shop run out of tapioca and treat customers so poorly absolute disappointment do better. Horrible customer service not coming back wouldn’t recommend.

I had a great experience at this location yesterday. One customer service employee was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome despite being a bit depressed looking. They were quick despite the busy shop, and still took the time to chat with me.
