I regularly visit this location and usually order the mango slushie with mango chunks, which I really enjoy. However, I’ve noticed a few times that there are ice chips at the bottom that haven’t been fully blended. This makes it a bit difficult to enjoy, as I often get a mouthful of ice along with the mango pieces. I just wanted to share this feedback in case it helps improve the consistency of the drink.

Our server today was, unfortunately, rude. He just starred at us while working on something. I had to ask if we could order and he didn't saying anything, just nodded. No hello or common courtesy. He took our order of three drinks and didn't write anything down and ended up make two mistakes. Disappointed.

The drinks are pretty good and the service is excellent! I stopped by one time and my server, her name was Cassandra, was really polite and overall made my visit there really comfortable.

The service here is so good!!! When I walked in I could tell the store was extremely sanitary, and was well taken care of. I have certain dietary restrictions and need to know specifically what is in my drink, and a girl named Cassandra answered all my questions with care, and my drink was amazing. I recommend this place to everyone I know :)

My server today was amazing. He was very attentive and recommended me a drink that I would like from what I told him about myself (Orange slush with Tapioca). I have never seen this done anywhere else, and was very pleased when I tried it. I cannot remember the name of the young gentleman I had the pleasure of getting help from. He was amazing and I would definitely be coming back just for the customer service! Hopefully he is working when I am back or someone even similar to how kind and helpful as him!

idk what it is about this branch but they’re so so rude. both the girl and the guy baristas who are always the only ones working there are so unprofessional and rude. i ordered a drink with a specific tea because im allergic to the other type they offer and they made it with the one im allergic to… when i went back to have them change it, the worker topped the drink off with the same tea and gave me bad attitude like i was inconveniencing him and when i asked for a complete drink change since its literally tea, he gave me even worse attitude and ordered me to go dump it away somewhere and finally made the drink how i asked for it on my receipt. totally disrespectful and i swear to god this has completely turned me off this bubble tea franchise. ill just get starbucks next time. do not go unless u want ur day ruined with bad customer service.

We order 4 bubbles tea on Monday the 31 March. And the 4 tea wasn't good because all 4 of us who had tea were sick. we went to the hospital .. thank you for your virus!
