They don’t have iced beverages during winter as it’s “out of season” which was the first time I’ve ever heard that so I was very disappointed as I’m an ice drink girl. I had the maple latte which was quite good. My boyfriend had an espresso which I personally wasn’t a fan of it was somehow sour and left a bad after taste. The service was fast and friendly however.Also there’s no parking which was a hassle.

They refused to give us the Wifi password, saying customers can't use their Wifi on weekends. NEVER heard of this kind of policy in ANY coffee shop around the world. (Wifi on weekdays but only not on weekend? ha) It's obvious that they just want customers to get out of their shop with take-out food so they can earn more money by taking more people.There are Bridgehead right next to them and they provide wifi service just like any "normal" coffee shop so I highly recommend you to go there instead.-I want to note that this happened in 2023 and it was AFTER the pandemic is over.

My friend received the rudest treatment and service yesterday. Staff was surly, impatient and could/would not answer questions regarding the ingredients on menu. Customer service 101 training is needed.

Here on a Sunday afternoon with group of friends for a drink after a long walk.The front patio was nice and sunny dotted with plants and all.But since we are a larger group, front patio tables were set up for 2-3 people only so we sat in the back drive way picnic tables.The service was excruciating slow…. We were 8 and the average wait was more than 15 min ….some even waited upto 20 min … so we ended not sitting together because some people left early.Ps. Outdoor patios are pet friendly. Not indoor. So it is kinda hard to order because not all pets can be left alone. Thankfully I have a group of friends who took turn to look after my 6 lb yorkie while we wait and order our drinks.
