Red Lobster in Ottawa gave a great dining experience. The staff were warm and welcoming right from the start, which set the tone for the meal. The menu offered plenty of choice, making it easy to find something for everyone. The portions were huge, far more than expected, and good value for the price. A solid spot if you’re looking for friendly service, variety, and generous plates.

We as a family have eaten here a couple of times. There's big line on holidays and weekends. But the wait was worth it. The servers were very polite, kind and always checked on us. They were very friendly and made sure we were satisfied and received what we had ordered. We visited this store again and service was not the usual. The other things still stand; great food. The place was clean and well organized. Waiting for food was not that much and we all left it full.

We had lunch here before heading to the Canadian Science and Technology Museum. The food was comforting and familiar - we don’t have any Red Lobsters in our hometown so if we find one while traveling we like to visit it. The best part was also the surprising part - our son got to learn about and touch a lobster! He even got a Lob-Star certificate- it was a great start to an afternoon of learning. Thank you!

The food is good for seafood lovers. Even though we had a reservation, we had to wait for 25 minutes. They said our table wasn't ready, but I saw people who came after us getting their tables first.
