What a wonderful dining experience! The restaurant itself is beautiful ....warm, elegant, and inviting. The food was excellent from start to finish. I had the grilled octopus, cooked to absolute perfection, followed by a perfectly prepared steak. Both dishes were full of flavour and beautifully presented. To finish the night, the crème brûlée was outstanding ... silky, rich, and with the perfect crackle on top. Service was impeccable throughout; attentive without being intrusive. Overall, a truly memorable meal. Highly recommend!

I went with my wife for our anniversary, and because we never tried e18hteen before. Food, service, setting were great. Steak was perfectly done. Bone marrow sauce was yummy, I could have used more of it. Cocktails were good but fairly standard. It was really sweet of them to offer “happy anniversary” macaroons at dessert. Thanks!

Beautiful restaurant in the heart of the Byward Market, with fantastic food and delicious drinks. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive and the ambiance is on point, between the old stone of the façade, the dim lighting, the music, the giant fireplace and the modern upscale decor. Highly recommend it!

The scallops were very delicious, but was quite disappointed with the Gnocchi and the risotto from the tasting menu. They were nothing exciting and wouldn't order those again. Our service was very good.
