The service is friendly and knowledgeable, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The food is fresh, tasty, and well-balanced, featuring must-try dishes like the zucchini salad, funghi pizza, margherita pizza, Roman-style pizza, burrata, and creamy tiramisu. Each dish is beautifully crafted, with unique flavors that stand out, especially the spicy pizza and the standout tiramisu. The decor and lighting add to the charm, making it a great little spot for a night out with friends and family. The pizza and salads are delicious with a real Italian vibe, especially the ones with Bufala cheese. The suppli was salty and the cheese overpowered the saffron. The zucchine and salamino pizzas were delicious. The caramelized tender zucchini was an absolute marvel. The highlight on the table were the chilli oil and hot honey! The service was impeccable. While it can be quite loud depending on seating, the thoughtful service and curated wine list make Retro Gusto highly recommended for a return visit.
